I have bought over R500 worth of chocolates I am also a diabetic. I was concerned about a spike in my blood sugar, to my surprise it was hardly noticeable. I do realise that we are all different so this is the experience that I have had. The chocolate did not spike my blood sugar by any significant amount. It is stunning chocolate, so if you are diabetic please test yourself because as I said this was my experience.

I cannot rave enough about their sugar free chocolate. I was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and am a self confessed chocoholic and I thought my world was coming to an end without chocolate in my life.
